GETTING STARTED IS EASY

We engage with the property manager to understand the building's façade maintenance needs, short-term and long-term goals, seasonal occupancy patterns, work hours, and time preferences.

    Site Assessment:

    We visit the property to assess glass & window conditions, gather information for a detailed work plan and safety plan, evaluate potential height access methods, discuss the details of the scope of work, and estimate the time required for cleaning.

  • Step 2

    Estimation, Finalization, and Communication:

    Based on gathered information, we create a few detailed maintenance plans that are as unique as your building and even may include our in-house Façade360 program with FREE 3D building clone creation. We will find a way to meet your budget.

  • Step 3

    Maintenance Plan Presentation:

    We visit your property again and present our detailed maintenance and cleaning plans. Going through all the details leaves no space for doubts or uncertainty. We modify the plan as many times as needed to meet all your requirements and budgets.

  • Step 4

    Drafting a Schedule:

    Once the maintenance plan is selected and approved, we draft an initial cleaning schedule. This might involve: Off-peak hours cleaning to avoid disrupting tenants. Weekend or holiday cleaning if it suits the property's profile. Possible segmenting of the cleaning process over multiple days for larger properties. Ensuring only a section of the building is worked on at a time.
